WHAT HAS CHANGED WITH BREXIT?
I am back shipping to the UK but as it is now outside of the EU, there may be an extra customs charge upon arrival of your order (just like ordering from the US). This is unfortunate but it's sadly nothing I can control.
Everything I ship outside of the EU is sent under Delivered At Place (DAP), meaning I, the seller, take responsibility of shipping the product only and the customer is required to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
Yes! I am always happy to chat custom pieces, whether it be a portrait or a pair of earrings.
DO YOU DO PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes. I always want my creations to be accessible for folx. Reach out to me and we can discuss payment options or discounts.
DO YOU TAKE DEPOSITS?
Yes. Just like the previous question, I am happy to hold pieces for folx until payday.
I SAW A ONE OF A KIND PIECE THAT I LOVED, BUT IT'S SOLD OUT. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY AGAIN?
A lot of my pieces are once offs but I can usually recreate the piece, or make a similar piece, upon request.
THERE'S A NECKLACE/CHOKER I LOVE, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL FIT ME. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THE LENGTH?
Yes, of course. I do my best to include a measurement in the description but if you don't see one or need the length changed at all just send me a message, or leave a note at checkout with a rough size you need (ex. could you add 2" to the chain).
I HAVE SENSITIVE / UNPIERCED EARS BUT SAW A PAIR I WOULD LOVE. CAN ANY CHANGES BE MADE?
For any silver pieces, yes! I can switch out alloy hooks for stainless hooks/hoops/studs. And the same with a clip-on (alloy) option.
With gold pieces I can switch out the hooks for clips-ons or alloy studs. I currently don't have an allergy-friendly option available in gold.
Also, I can switch out any finding for a kidney hook, in silver or gold, to suit stretched lobes.
IS YOUR JEWELRY SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH ALLERGIES?
To expand on the above, I can make changes to earring findings but my chains and most of the charms I use are alloys. Elastic bead bracelets are generally metal free.
I WOULD PREFER A DIFFERENT CLASP STYLE FOR A NECKLACE. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, I offer a range of different closure types for both silver and gold styles. I can switch the standard lobster clasp for a magnetic clasp, spring ring and a range of toggle clsoures (basic, decorative). You can either get in touch to chat ideas or just leave me a not at checkout (ex. Could you change the closure on the pentagram necklace to a magnetic one.)
I am also happy to alter the piece to accomodate a front closure too.
I SAW SOMETHING TEASED IN YOUR STORIES ON IG BUT IT'S NOT IN THE SHOP YET. WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?
I tend to share bits and pieces on IG as I'm making them, so it could be up to 2 weeks before they make it to the shop. But I am always happy to sell directly via Paypal if you want to bag something first.
DO YOUR MASKS HAVE A FILTER POCKET?
No, all of my masks are 3 layered cotton (some are 3 layer cotton, 1 layer polycotton/polyester) but it will always be stated in the item's description. Some wonderful mask makers who work with filter pockets are - Kim Khaos, Velvet Jones and Postmodern Sleeze.
ARE YOUR GEMSTONES ETHICALLY SOURCED?
Sadly, they are not. They were all purchased before I educated myself on the harmful sourcing of these stones. They won't be restocked, unless I find an ethical source I want to work with, but I have a lot of stones still in stock. They are cleansed before sale and I aim to donate a percentage of the collected sales to a charity working with child labour.
DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?
Yes. I have both Standard and Registered post options available at checkout. These are available throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.
For the USA and outside of Europe I currently only ship via Registered post due to current delays.
Please to aware that postage delays are expected due to Covid-19 as well as countries/areas being under Lockdown (such as Ireland where I'm based). Registered post is advised if this is a concern to you, as it can be tracked. Once the package is out of my hands, unfortunately I cannot do any more.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To break this down further -
DELAYED DELIVERY - Unfortunately, Covid has upset and put extra stress on postal services worldwide, so delays are likely. I've had items arrive the next day or over a month later. If you have any concerns, I would recommend using Registered post. Once the order is posted, it's out of my hands. I cannot offer refunds or replacements for delayed items.
BROKEN ITEM - I take every care when packaging your orders to ensure it makes it to you in one piece. Unfortunately, this is something I must judge on a case by case basis - whether something broke in transit due to my packaging or its handling. But I am happy discuss any damages and work something out (partial/full refund, replacement, future discount).
RETURNS - Due to the nature of most of my items (jewelry, wearables), as well as Covid-19, I cannot accept returns. While I try show the item as true to reality as I can through photos and descriptions (colour, size, etc.), if something is not as expected when it arrives, please do get in touch and we can discuss it.
